Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation. Hebrews 1:14
Can we even begin to preceive God's amazing love for us? We are the crown of His creation. Even the angels, whom we see as awesome creatures, are sent to serve us. We will inherit salvation from the very One who inherited the Name of God. His own Son died so we could live.
Why do we discount God's choice to love us?
Lord, forgive me for dishonoring Your love for me. I have always had a low opinion of myself. No matter what anyone says about my gifts and talents, it still isn't enough. Who am I hoping to please? Is there anyone whose opinion matters as much as You? And You prove Yourself daily! Help me to be diligent in my spiritual growth again. Help me to become the man You designed. The world will be impacted if I am in Your hands. Hold me close to Your breast. I long to feel Your presence.
